Description

XP4801 is a high efficiency synchronous buck controller that converts from 5V ~36V input range and up to 36V output voltage with two outside N-channel MOSFETs for the synchronous switches. The XP4801 includes adjustable current limit, adjustable soft-start time & switching frequency, adjustable compensation net and thermal shutdown preventing damage in the event of an output overload. For different application we can select suitable compensation net, current limit, soft start, switching frequency and select suitable MOSFET to obtain a high efficiency
