Description

The XM5202/5202F synchronous buckconverter is a high frequency step-downvoltage regulator with current control mode.It can output continuous 2A with excellentline and load regulation. The current is only130uA/20uA at operating and less than1uA at shutdown. This device is the ideallysolution for small space and board levelpower supply application.This device integrates PWM controller,power switch and compensation network,required only three components toimplement a switching power supply. Ithas internal fixed 1.5MHz frequency andmakes application circuit smaller.The XM5202/5202F is available in fixedoutput voltage version, 1.2V, 1.8V, 3.3V,and is also available in an adjustableoutput voltage version. The adjustableversion has wide output range from 0.6V toVIN. The XM5202/5202F products areavailable in a SOP8-PP package.
