Description

The TS30041 (1A) and TS30042 (2A) are DC/DC synchronousswitching regulators with fully integrated power switches,internal compensation, and full fault protection. The switchingfrequency of 1MHz enables the use of small ! lter componentsresulting in minimal board space and reduced BOM costs.The TS30041/42 utilizes current mode feedback in normalregulation PWM mode. When the regulator is placed instandby (EN is low), the device draws less than 10uA quiescentcurrent.The TS30041/42 integrates a wide range of protection circuitryincluding input supply under-voltage lockout, output voltagesoft start, current limit, and thermal shutdown.The TS30041/42 includes supervisory reporting throughthe PG (Power Good) open drain output to interface othercomponents in the system.
