BD95861MUV is a 1ch synchronous buck converter thatcan generate output voltage (0.8V to 5.5V) at the inputvoltage range (7.5V to 18V). Space-saving and highefficient switching regulator can be achieved due tobuilt-in N-MOSFET power transistors. The IC alsoincorporates H3RegTM technology, a Rohm proprietaryconstant ON TIME control mode which facilitatesultra-high transient response against changes in loadwithout external compensation components. Fixed softstart function, power good function, and short circuit /over voltage protection with timer latch functions areincorporated. The BD95861MUV is designed for powersupplies for Digital AV Equipment.
