Description

The BD9141MUV is ROHM’s high efficiencystep-down switching regulator designed to produce alow voltage including 5.0V/3.3V from 2 lithium cellpower supply line. It offers high efficiency by usingpulse skip control technology and synchronousswitches, and provides fast transient response tosudden load changes by implementing current modecontrol.
