Description

BD9137MUV is ROHM’s high efficiency step-downswitching regulator designed to produce a voltage aslow as 0.8V from a supply voltage of 5.5V/3.3V. Itoffers high efficiency by using pulse skip controltechnology and synchronous switches, and providesfast transient response to sudden load changes byimplementing current mode control.
