Description

BD9130NV is ROHM’s high efficiency step-downswitching regulator designed to provide a voltage aslow as 1V from a supply voltage of 5.5V/3.3V. It offershigh efficiency by using pulse skip control technologyand synchronous switches, and provides fast transientresponse to sudden load changes by implementingcurrent mode control.
