Description

The (BD9106FVM, BD9107FVM, BD9109FVM,BD9110NV, and BD9120HFN) are ROHM’s highefficiency step-down switching regulators designed toproduce a voltage as low as 1V from a supply voltage of3.3V or 5.0V. It offers high efficiency by usingsynchronous switches and provides fast transientresponse to sudden load changes by implementingcurrent mode control.
