This is the product guarantees long time support inIndustrial market. BD9A301MUV-LB is a synchronousbuck switching regulator with built-in low on-resistancepower MOSFETs. It is capable of providing current up to3A.The SLLMTM control provides excellent efficiencycharacteristics in light-load conditions which make theproduct ideal for equipment and devices that demandminimal standby power consumption. The oscillatingfrequency is high at 1MHz using a small value ofinductance. It is a current mode control DC/DC converterand features high-speed transient response. Phasecompensation can also be set easily.
