BD7F100HFN-LB is an optocoupler-lessIsolated Flyback Converter. An optocoupler or a3rd winding from a transformer needed in theconventional application of feedback circuitsbecomes unnecessary to obtain a stable outputvoltage isolated by the transformer. The numberof parts is reduced drastically producing a smallsizedand high-reliability application isolatedtype power supply.- No need for an optocoupler or a transformer 3rd winding.- Adapted Type ON-Time Control Technology.- High-speed load response- Efficient light load mode- Enables Shutdown Control- Built-in N-Channel MOSFET- Soft start function- Output load compensation function- Complete protection functions UVLO, OCP, TSD
