Beschreibung

The AOZ1268 is high-efficiency, easy-to-useDC/DC synchronous buck regulators that operateup to 28V. The devices are capable of supplying10A of continuous output current with an outputvoltage adjustable down to 0.8V ±1%.The AOZ1268 integrates an internal linearregulatorto generate 5.3V VCC from input. If input voltageis lower than 5.3V, the linear regulator operates atlow drop output mode, which allows the VCCvoltage is equal to input voltage minus the dropoutputvoltage of the internal linear regulator.A proprietary constant on-time PWM control withinput feed-forward results in ultra-fast transientresponse while maintaining relatively constantswitching frequency over the entire input voltagerange. The switching frequency can be externallyprogrammed up to 1MHz.The devices feature multiple protection functionssuch as VCC under-voltage lockout, cycle-bycurrentlimit, output over-voltage protection, shortcircuitprotection, and thermal shutdown.The AOZ1268-DEMO demonstrates the COT buckconverter design. Different output voltage designsneed follow application note to changeparameters.
